Caught Live: The Script..!

The Script have been hitting the Australian tour scene this week and we were fortunate to be invited along to rock on with the Irish Rock boyband at their sold out tour. We rocked up and were blown away by the following factors

1) How Sydney's Metro Theatre was jammed with screaming fans
2) How the band owned the stage throughout their show
3) That the band delivered brilliantly
It was like a massive Script karaoke session, with every fan able to sing along to tracks of old & new with performances that echo with both the upbeat, groove laden numbers to smooth rock ballads that left the audience gasping for more. Belting out their hits of We Cry, The Man Who Can't Be Moved and Before The Worst  with the encore being Breakeven.  The bands also made sure the fans were acknowledged for their ongoing support as they blasted out recent single Hall Of Fame featuring Will.i.am. Touching track If You Could See Me Now was also part of the encore that guitarist Mark say sings about “anyone you have ever lost who is close to you” to then ending on smash hit For the First Time.
We must applaud The Script for the gig as it not only delivered what fans wanted to hear, it gave us all the hits and it left us wanting more..!
